Materials needed:
10cm x 0.8mm elastic thread
Choice of gemstone bead
Enough 3mm silver plated beads to fit around your finger
3mm crimp cover (optional)
 
Step 1:
Tie a knot in the end of the elastic. Add on enough 3mm beads to fit half-way around your finger. Add on the gemstone and add the remaining 3mm beads that are required to ensure the ring fits around your finger.
 
Step 2:
Knot the thread 3-4 times using a reef knot. Secure with a small amount of glue or clear nail varnish. If you chose not to use a crimp cover, wait for the glue/nail varnish to be dry and trim off the excess thread. Your ring is now finished and ready to wear.
 
Step 3 adding the crimp cover (optional):
Once the glue/nail varnish is dried, trim off the excess thread. Carefully add the crimp cover over the knot. Your ring is now finished and ready to wear.
